christmas is nearing again !! which means my mum's bdae is coming too !!! my mum's bdae falls on christmas eve so we always have a christmas cum bdae celebration each yr.... most of e time we will have a bbq at my aunt's house... however, this yr... we changed our plan n went genting instead... n sad to say... my mum will b spending her bdae on e bus... hahaha...

so... i decided to try n bake a log cake for her this yr in advance b4 we leave for genting....

but...sad to say... this first cake is considered quite a failure.... cuz its abit hard.... like eating 'hua kuay'.... hahahaha....

now... this is my 2nd master piece... its looks much better.... n taste softer too !

now it really looks like its bought !! i bet my parents wont believe i bake it myself.... but they will believe once they try it... hahaha... its abit too sweet... other than that... i think its not bad !!
